Can someone help me understand how to customize widgets in App Drag?
We used one of our websites as a template, and we're having trouble updating the details within the chatbox appearing on our site.

I connected my appdrag domain to gmail and have been using it as an alias for a year or more with no trouble until now (I set it up following this guide - https://support.appdrag.com/doc/Configuring-Gmail)
I have attempted to research and resolve the issue but can't figure out what needs to be done. Based articles like this (https://support.google.com/a/answer/10032578?hl=en) it seems that we need to check the SPF and DKIM settings for the domain, but I'm not familiar with what to do there.
Can you please help?

I'm new to website building and wanted to try adding an app to my site here but not quite sure how to do it.
If I want to add a javascript snippet to the bottom of the <body> tag of a page, how would I do that?
