SOLVED Unable to receive email

Hi support, i have setup below but i still can't receive the email in cancer8215@gmail.com or kimguan.teh@outlook.com when people send their mail to finance@kalistamaju.com or kimguan.teh@kalistamaju.com or support@kalistamaju.com. Can someone help to advise this issue?

Hello @teh-kim-guan, unfortunately outlook.com is blocking email forwards, but you should receive them on gmail without issues, maybe check your spam folder just in case
also you can't send an email to yourself through gmail ... or it will be filtered by gmail to prevent an infinite loopyou need to send your test email from another mailbox.
