REDIRECTION "Loop"

Hi, Joseph, I have done all the redirection for the external domain but there is a "bucle" so at the end is not showing up the web. The ask is arriving to your servers, but the web is not appearing, so it seems it is something that happens at appdrag. could you please reboot or something in order the webpage works? Thanks

I have done all as your indications

and it appears in green

but the page is not showing up and appears a ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

by sending a request to elevatucoaching.rafacampocoach.com, what happens is the following:
The redirect is made to www.elevatucoaching.rafacampocoach.com
From the external service there is again a redirection to elevatucoaching.rafacampocoach.com, and the commented redirection loop starts
Can you check if everything is correct AT APPDRAG and that the web is really to work with www.elevatucoaching.rafacampocoach.com? Thanks

Hello Ines

this is typical if you messed up with redirections at your registrar

the part that is probably wrong is the 301 redirect, you need to redirect the root domain (without www) to http://www.yourdomain.com
you maybe did the opposit (redirecting www to root domain)

Another common error is if you kept an A record for WWW
you need to delete it and create a CNAME for WWW pointing to custom-domain.appdrag.com
