      Dear AppDrag Support Team,

      I am writing to request a pro-rata refund for the remaining period of my hosting subscription.

      Due to the closure and discontinuation of your services, I was forced to rebuild and migrate my website to another hosting provider. As a result, I no longer require AppDrag hosting services and will not be using them going forward.

      Project name concerned: CENTRE MEDICO DENTAIRE DE LA GARE (centre-medico-dentai-0cbfe7)

      Since this situation is a direct consequence of the termination of your services, I kindly request a refund for the unused portion of my subscription on a pro-rata basis.

      Please confirm the refund amount and the expected processing timeline.

        1. your prepaid plan for centre-medico-dentai-0cbfe7 is finishing in november, so that's matching our sunset
        2. we offer refund only for part prepaid AFTER the sunset
