Hello,
have three questions requested by a client
I have to pay for accommodation the year if I want to export my website
the changes will have to be done on appdrag or only on my new host?
and the last one: is the zip file transfer long?

Hey Stephanie,
- To use the pagebuilder and be able to export ZIP you will need to have an active subscription
- Once exported as a ZIP file you can deploy those files by FTP or anything else to your new host server
We don't provide any support for external hosting, please contact your external hosting company for that - ZIP file is usually few MB, so it's quick
Please notify your customer that his external hosting will not have high availability and a global CDN to serv the website super quickly everywhere in the world...

once transferred the client can modify the website ( contain, picture..) without worrying from its new hosting provider?

Once you have exported your site and hosted it somewhere else, if you want to modify it you will have to either:
- change the content directly in HTML source code and upload it to your new host
or - reactivate your appdrag subscription, modify the site in the page builder, export to zip, upload the zip content to your external host
