SOLVED Using domain from other registrar

I manage to remove one project to give way for the new one. its now 4/5.. But when i try to connecting existing domain it asks me to upgrade.. Also when i try to transfer domain its says its not transferabble.. I had namecheap as domain provider and GOdaddy, this domain from godaddy is the one im trying to connect. I got no problem with the other domains. - Thanks!

Indeed to connect a domain to a project the project must have an active subscription
(you can't connect a domain to a free project)

About the non transferable domain my guess is we don't support that particular domain extension. You can still connect it to your project as an external domain

@joseph-benguira I have an active sibscription. APPSUMO (4/5). This means i still should have 1 project to be added without any upgrade to I? also i remove the other project so i can get 1 slot available.. Is this not correct? - thank you.

@bob-simpson-0 yes indeed you can attach one more project to your appsumo plan, and once it's done you can then connect the domain to it

@joseph-benguira The problem is that, its tells me to upgrade when i try to add domain.

@bob-simpson-0 you must first attach the project to your appsumo subscription, it will then be considered upgraded and you can then attach the domain
