Can't disassociate domain from project

Hi. I'm trying to add islandtheatre.org to my domain. I believe I've done everything correctly. (successfully added two other domains to two other projects), but something seems to be "off" this time.

In a desperate attempt to get the project online for the client (after giving up on the .org domain), I purchased islandtheatre.info from Appdrag, thinking that this would simplify the process and give me a bit more time.

I've added the new/temporary domain, but have been receiving the message:
"SSL Status: We're generating your site certificate. This process can take up to one hour. A confirmation email will be sent to you once it is complete." since yesterday.

Also, to further confirm my suspicions that something is different/wrong this time, when I delete my previous .org domain, it reappears when refreshed:

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I need to have this attached to a domain ASAP. (preferably the .org domain, but the .info would buy me time.)

Hey Jason,

I noticed your project was stuck trying to do the validation for your external domain (.org)
I have cancelled it and restarted for you the SSL process, it should be done and working in 1H from now

Just checked again and still a red dot on the www.islandtheatre.org domain. Never had trouble before, but this one is fighting me.

Hey Jason, I can see your .org is with a green dot, but your SSL dns entry seems wrong
