SOLVED Multi lingual page indexing

Below is the first line of the page. Google is indexing "/index.html?lng=en" instead of "/index.html". How to get this right.

@murthy-ts in fact google will index ALL versions (and will index separately each language provided in the alternate urls), the thing is google will show in the google index the one with the most backlinks
few solutions:
- create 1-3 backlinks pointing to your prefered version
and/or - use "google search console" to adjust which version you want or not in the google index
- create 1-3 backlinks pointing to your prefered version
