I don't have 3 free projects (I have shared ones but theya are not mines...) and I really need to create a new on for a client...
How can I do ?

@katya-nakache please check in the dashboard, click on your name in top right, then click on Payments and scroll down to the bottom of that page, you'll see there all projects attached to your account, so you will be able to spot free projects easily

@joseph-benguira Hi , I have 8 business projects, it's right but no free projects written... you agree with me that I have to start with a free one before publishing and pay for everything... or I don't have the good way
