Partner unable to access to AppDrag

Background:

1. I want to share my product to my partner who do not have AppDrag access.
2. He received the invitation email. (Reference 1).
3. Then, he created an account.
4. Then when he accessed to appdrag page, the page mentioned "...not yet available in your country". (Reference 2)

Other information:

1. I've purchased appdrag plan in appsumo.

Question:

1. What is the issue now?
2. Is my partner need to be a paid Appdrag user?

There is a short list of 13 countries where appdrag is not yet publicly available, for those countries users we can approve the users email to get access in their country even if we are not launched there yet.
