SOLVED Wrong TVA in shop

Hello,

I'm setting up a shop, but I have a problem with the VAT

It's set up at 20% in the Settings -> General, but when I'm about to checkout, it says it's 0% and the 20% are removed from the total of the price :

Did I do something wrong ? How to correct that ?

In the shop settings > Shipping > France > it's configured with no tax

I didn't check there, It was probably setup a long time ago ^^", didn't realize you could click on France even.
