      Hi there,

      I have uploaded various PDF files through the backend. It usually works but these attempts failed this time. Been trying this for a week now. When I upload the file into the media library, I noticed that it keeps the name of the file, whereas it used to rename it before. And ever since it has been renaming it, it doesn't work. Visitors, when they click on the link, land on the error page.

      Here is the error message I get :
      "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
      <Error>
      <Code>AccessDenied</Code>
      <Message>Access Denied</Message>
      <RequestId>HRK77R9G9S7AQ857</RequestId>

      </Error>"

      Please help

      Richard

          Hello there,

          I tried to upload a PDF file in the backend, as a link on an image. The only difference I see compared to the usual process is that the file name is being renamed by Appdrag, whereas before it used to be a series of digits.

          Please see attached.

          Thanks in advance for your help!
