      I connected a domain but the status showing not active, can you please help? it was working fine yesterday.

        Hello Daya
        It seems you have disabled / reenabled ssl on your domain. This is not working because your external domain is currently pointing to a previous cloudfront instance.
        First of all go to your external registrar dns panel and change the cname for www to point to custom-domain.appdrag.com
