SOLVED Moving to new host; do I have to delete my pages?
-
I'm moving my site from appdrag to another host (appdrag is great but its not for a relative newbie like myself).
I've initiated the transfer of my domain to my new site. Once it is done, how do I delete my site from you, so there is no duplicate content? Or will that not even be necessary once my domain is not associated with appdrag?
Please let me know if anything else is needed.
Thank you! -
Hey @lora-alexander, sure np.
Once your domain is moved, you can unpublish the website from the appdrag dashboard -
Do I have to deactivate the SSL or anything else to get this moved?
thanks -
@lora-alexander yes it's recommended to disable SSL on the appdrag website, that way you will also be able to use it later on AWS Cloudfront

I moved my url and domain to another host. I unpublished and set it to 'no index' on Appdrag. But when I went to 'delete' I get this message:
This appID (pretty-your-world-cc0b0f) can not be deleted because domains are attached to it, please transfer your domains first to another registrar to be able to delete this app.
Can you tell me what is wrong, if anything? Thank you.

@lora-alexander domain will be auto deleted from our system when it will pickup the fact that domain has been moved to another registrar.
So nothing to do on your side
