SOLVED Gmail Alias stopped working

Hi all - I have three aliases associated with AppDrag domains, and they all stopped working. When I send a message using the alias in Gmail, I get back a message saying: "Message not delivered
You're sending this from a different address or alias using the 'Send mail as' feature. The settings for your 'Send mail as' account are misconfigured or out of date. Check those settings and try resending."
I have tried changing the info to no avail so far. All my other aliases, non-AppDrag related, still work...
Can anyone help?

the Appdrag email forward are working and you should still receive your emails
but indeed, Google decided to deprecate sending mail from Less secure SMTP account (this is what you have if you followed our tutorial

Solution: you have to edit in GMAIL your alias and set a new SMTP configuration to be able to send emails from that alias

Since Google is not providing anymore the free SMTP service, you will need to use a third party SMTP service.
