External domain and email forwarding

Hi, after I used Cloudflare to point my domain to AppDrag, the status was green and website was live. When I tried to do email forwarding a few hours later, I discovered the status turned to red circle and therefore I cannot access email forwarding option. I have watched Configuring Gmail and using Cloudflare already. Please advise.

Indeed using cloudflare name servers is not compatible with our free email forwarding service.
If you want to keep cloudflare, I recommend you to use a third party email service (Gsuite, Office 365, ...)Zoho have a free plan with 5 mailboxes for your domain:

I'm using CrazyDomains which requires me to upgrade plan before allowing me web forwarding, so I used Cloudflare to accomplish that and it came with SSL as well.
Given my need for web forwarding, and therefore Cloudflare, I will have to use a third party email service then. Correct?
Also, I dont need to activate SSL in AppDrag again right? -
@Joseph-Benguira Besides email forwarding, by using Cloudflare, will I miss out on any other AppDrag features?

Indeed if you have SSL from cloudflare no need to activate it in AppDrag
When you use cloudflare there is 2 features disabled:
- email forwarding
- dns editor (you then have to do it on cloudflare dashboard)
