@chely-nakache-new TBH this seems more an issue with the way your page is configured than a bug in the pagebuilder

FYI you can ask for a refund (prorated to your remaining subscription duration) by sending us an email to support@appdrag.com

instead of pointing your domain to custom-domain.appdrag.com as explained in our doc above, you are pointing to another wrong address, you can see it here:

hello, to do that go to your project overview:

there click on "main domain & ssl", then deactivate the SSL

after 1h you will be able to change the main domain
