      @joseph-benguira Thanks.. received the code when i tried the next day... Waiting for the cooling period... I think it takes some time till the domains are transferred to another registrant

      Hi @fred-van-hoek
      first you have to get the EPP code
      then you can start the transfer from any other registrar by providing the EPP code for the transfer
