OK so after investigation, the issue is your domain is with Namesilo, and we are ourselves a namesilo reseller (for some extensions including .com)

This issue can be reproduced if you try to transfer the domain from namesilo website here:
https://www.namesilo.com/domain/transfer-domains

"A user within our system already has this domain. Please remember that this process is only for transferring domains from a different registrar. To transfer this domain from one NameSilo account to your account, please read our Support section under Domain Pushes."

So indeed if your domain is already with namesilo you won't be able to transfer it to us, at least not with the regular way.

There is 2 options:

1. do a domain push on namesilo (https://www.namesilo.com/Support/Domain-Push)
   or
2. keep the domain with namesilo and connect it as an external domain on appdrag
