Svelte is cool but it's difficult to find info because it doesn'Β¨t have a large community. Reactjs is also interesting but more difficult to learn than vuejs and since vue3 there are some pretty interesting upgrades to it πŸ™‚

While I'd love bootstrap 5, all components in appdrag are based on jQuery, so I'd assume it would be quite a large re-write for the Appdrag team.
