You have 50 emails without upgrade.

However, in your page, you talk about a starter offer at 10 dollars per month which I do not have access to. I am offered a lite offer at 3.99D, a Basic offer at 7.99Dollars, and a Pro offer at 16.99Dollards.

You can find this information on their Pricing page, labeled as "Transactional Emails".

These are emails you send using the Cloud Backend functions in Node, etc.

Just to be clear: These are not newsletter emails, these are emails you initiate via the CloudBackend.

I send almost 10k emails a month with them, works great 🙂
