Please let me know if this is already a feature. I've been playing around with the text "link" box but I don't think it creates either modals or tooltips that activate by hover.</p>

For tooltips we don't provide something out of the box but you still have the title attr (but I admit it's a "poor quality" solution)</p>
<p dir="auto">For modal we provide a great solution!<br />
It isn't in the text edition but on the component edition =&gt; link section.</p>
<p dir="auto">Scroll it down and you will see "Open in"<br />

<p dir="auto">You can use it for all kind of links. A page you created on your website (so you can do whatever you want in your modal) , a link to a YouTube video or a link to a google drive document.</p>
