I'd already done that.  The only unknown was "From email address" which I've now set to my main email address.<br />

To do it go to the dashboard, click on your name in top right corner. And click on white label configuration. There fill at least your brand name, email and details then save. You can also attach a white label Domain</p>

What do you mean by they can't access it? They are connected on your white label and don't see the project or they can't even connect?</p>
<p dir="auto">If you share in WhiteLabel mode they have to login from either editmyweb.site with your partner id or the domain you configured as your whitelabel domain. If they create an account on AppDrag and it's shared in WhiteLabel, even by using the same email address they won't see the project. If it was the case, it would ruin the white label.</p>
