this is what you have right now ...

So all you have to do is to paste your script exactly like in the screenshot and republish your page 🙂
First remove EVERYTHING you have in the block of code, then paste the code provided by tawk.to ... save and republish the page... done

EXACTLY like in our tutorial 🙂

I suspect maybe you have another third party script on that page that is crashing ... have you checked in Chrome console for errors?
