I have the epp code and was wondering how we map a domain accross from another registrar? I tried the 'add domain from other registrar' option but when I hit the 'add button' nothing much is happening. Then I tried hitting the 'buy new domain' and that doesn't quite want to do anything either...what am I missing? 🙂

You should not do that, or DNS of your domain will continue to be managed by your old registrar and you will have to do all the DNS config manually with them

Yes that's correct, When you do a transfer, it's not free and it's extending the domain validity by 1 additional year

It's possible but you will have to do some backend coding with cloudbackend, and based on your current use case (chatbot) it's not begginer level

    That's true, but they also charge 50 - 100% more than us!
    If you prefer we can double our prices and send 25% discount ... but I'm pretty sure it's making more sense to keep our low prices and not having discount codes 😉

As you know Goddady charge in CAD so giving the fact that you accept only USD so you don't compensate the currency exchanges?
and this what Goddady ask me for if I wanna go ahead and do the transfer: Domain transfer checklist
1-Make sure your administrative contact email is current. (It's where we send your transfer authorization code.)
2-Verify that the new registrar will set up your DNS zone files. If you don't do this, your website and email could go down.
3-Start the domain transfer at your new registrar. (We email you to ensure you requested the transfer.)
4-Authorize the transfer with your new registrar. (Use the transfer authorization code we email you when you're done here.)
5-We email you confirmation when your transfer completes, usually not more than 5-7 days.
Last but not least, How to answer back from the same email forward that has been created ?

When you do a transfer it's extending the domain validity by 1 additional year

FYI we are generally cheaper that godaddy for domains renewals 😉
And yes we charge only in USD, it should not add additional fees but some banks might have different rules.

One important thing, be sure to validate your sender email address (the one you have configured in the WL settings)
To validate it, open the newsletter module (on any project) then click on ALIAS on the left, there type your sender email address and start the validation process. This will send you a validation email with a link to click. Once clicked your email is validated and can be used for White labeled communications.
