I have to send manually the confirmation email from each order ??? 😰 😰 😰

this is in the case you use a webhook to manage deliveries with an API / some code:

But you don't need this feature probably, for regular orders, you just have to go to the orders tab in the shop module and click on the status button to change it to SHIPPED when you have sent the package to the customer and the customer will automatically receive an email with updated status about his order
