Indexing and SEO

I want to send traffic to our clients WITHOUT touching their site, especially in the form of qualified leads.

For this, I create optimized pages.

I see two options:
1-Create a mini site with a similar domain name and redirect the leads via a form to our clients.
This is time consuming and costly.

2-Create a main site that belongs to us and will host our clients' pages in this form: mysite.com/client-keyword.html
This would be less costly but above all would allow us to centralise the management and updates.

Questions :
-What do you recommend according to your experience?
-Do you have another option to recommend?

If you use cloudbackend inputs in frontend and a cloud function in the backend you could store all the leads in your database, then also provide access to each customer only to his own leads
